Thank you for shopping at ComicCapsule! We are delighted to offer shipping services for customers within the United States and Canada.

International shipping (outside of North America) is not available as of 12/2/2023.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates will be provided to you upon checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and your location.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping methods via our trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The available carriers and shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Ensure to provide a valid street address for delivery.

US Shipping

Orders shipped within the USA and Canada will be fulfilled using USPS or UPS, depending on order size and delivery expedience. Delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

As of 12/1/2023, international shipping is not available.  All shipment accepted before 12/1/2023 will be honored by Board Boys LLC.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information allowing you to track your package's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processes.

Lost or Damaged Items

Board Boys LLC, makers of the ComicCapsule, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
