About the Artist:
Peter Smith is a talented comic artist and illustrator with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design, he has worked with Marvel, Disney, Universal Studios, and more. He’s also the creator of The Chronicles of Zelaria and teaches animation and design at the Florida Film Academy!

We would like to credit Peter Smith for his artistic contributions.

We're offering an alternative method of entry for our giveaway. If you prefer not to make a purchase but still would like to enter the giveaway, simply mail your entry request with your name, email address and contact number to the following address:

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The December Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry and residing in the United States.
• Employees of BoardBoys LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Entry Method:

• To enter the Giveaway, individuals can purchase a ComicCapsule during the period from January 1st, 2024, to January 31st, 2024 or alternatively, submit their entry via mail without making a purchase.
• If individuals purchase ComicCapsule from January 1st 00:00 EST -  January 31st 23:59 EST 2024:
  • 1-pack ComicCapsule entitles you to 1 entry
  • 5-pack ComicCapsule entitles you to 5 entries
  • 10-pack ComicCapsule entitles you to 15 entries
  • 20-pack ComicCapsule entitles you to 40 entries
  • 60-pack ComicCapsule entitles you to 150 entries
• There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can earn through capsule purchases.
• To enter the Giveaway without making any purchase, individuals are required to submit their entry via mail.
• Entries must include the participant's full name, email address, and contact number to be considered valid. Individuals must submit their entry during the giveaway period of  January 1st 00:00 EST -  January  31st 23:59 EST 2024
• All mail entries must be sent to:

3. Prizes:

• The prizes for the Giveaway are two Limited Edition Sketch Covers, by artist Peter Smith.
• The ownership of these sketch covers belongs to Lawrence Lee, one of the founders of BoardBoys LLC.
• The sketch covers are credited to Peter Smith for his artistic contributions.
• There will be one winner for each sketch cover, selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
• The selection of winners will be conducted within 7 days following the end of the Giveaway period.
• Winners will be notified via email or direct message within 14 days of the end of the Giveaway period.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification via email, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions:

• BoardBoys LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside of the entry period.
• By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of BoardBoys LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
• BoardBoys LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway anytime and if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

6. Privacy:

• Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the BoardBoys LLC website.
• By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and fulfilling prize requirements.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability:

• By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BoardBoys LLC and its affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
• BoardBoys LLC is not responsible for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
  • Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network hardware or software.
  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway.
